How we compare against others
Our Mission
Small, family-owned restaurants — and restaurants owned by historically marginalized communities in particular — are too often priced out of the digital tools that have become table stakes for staying competitive. Building and maintaining a professional website, keeping menu data accurate across locations, managing reputation, and showing up in search and AI results all take capital and technical resources that a lot of independent restaurants simply don’t have easy access to. Our mission is to close that gap.
We want restaurants to be less dependent on third-party platforms — the delivery apps and directory sites that take a meaningful cut of every order or every lead in exchange for visibility a restaurant should be able to own outright. Every dollar lost to a commission is a dollar that didn’t need to leave the business, and every customer relationship routed through someone else’s app is a relationship the restaurant doesn’t fully control. We build toward restaurants owning their own presence instead of renting it.
That means making professional websites, accurate location-specific menus, and the tools to bring customers back affordable and accessible to businesses that would otherwise be priced out entirely — not a scaled-down version of what bigger chains get, but the real thing, built for restaurants that don’t have a marketing department to build it themselves.
Accessibility is part of that commitment, not an afterthought. The websites we build are built with accessible navigation, keyboard usability, real color contrast, and alternative text for images from the start, because a customer who can’t use a site isn’t a customer who can order from it. We also support multilingual content, so a restaurant can meet its actual community in the language that community speaks, rather than assuming English is the only option.
None of this is separate from the business. It’s the reason the business exists — helping the restaurants that have historically had the least access to competitive digital tools get the same footing as everyone else.

FAQ
Is this watching individual customers or overall patterns?
Patterns. The goal is understanding how people, in general, move through decisions on your site — not tracking any one person specifically — that would be weird.
How is this different from Tracking & Analysis?
Tracking & Analysis turns your data into strategic direction over time. Behavioral Analysis is the real-time layer underneath it — what’s happening on your site right now, as it happens.
